Panoptic Foundations Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in promoting Panoptic Foundations. This page sets out the terms of the affiliate program, operated by Tanya Joy Morgan under Panoptic Foundations (“we,” “us,” “Panoptic Foundations”). By applying to the program, you (“you,” “the affiliate”) agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

The Panoptic Foundations Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link. The program currently covers the From Nothing to Ready masterclass and cohort, and other standalone Panoptic Foundations products purchased within the referral window described below.

Skystone Atelier membership subscriptions are excluded from this program and do not earn commission under these terms.

2. Enrollment and Approval

You can apply to join the program using the affiliate signup form. Applications are currently approved automatically. We reserve the right to review, decline, or remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion, including after approval, if we believe the relationship is no longer a good fit.

3. Commission Structure

• From Nothing to Ready: 25% commission on any purchase made through your referral link.
• Other Panoptic Foundations products (excluding Skystone Atelier memberships): 10% commission on purchases made by a referred customer within the attribution window, described below.

Commission rates may change for future affiliates or promotions. Any changes will not apply retroactively to sales already tracked under your existing agreement.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked using a Last Click attribution model. When a potential customer clicks your affiliate link and then takes a purchase action, whether that’s a $0 product like the free Masterclass or a paid product like the Cohort, the most recent affiliate link they clicked receives credit for that action.

The first purchase action a customer takes through your link, paid or free, attaches them to your affiliate account for 60 days from the date of that action. Any further qualifying purchase they make within that window is credited to you at the applicable commission rate, regardless of whether they click a different affiliate’s link at any point in between.

For most affiliates, this first action will be a free Masterclass signup. If a customer instead purchases a paid product directly through your affiliate link, without signing up for the Masterclass first, that purchase itself becomes the action that starts the 60-day window.

5. Self-Referrals

You’re permitted to use your own affiliate link to purchase Panoptic Foundations products for yourself, and this will earn commission under the standard rates above.

6. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on a monthly cycle. Payment for all commissions earned within a calendar month is issued within 45 days of the end of that month. For example, commissions earned by September 30 are paid by November 14.

• Canadian affiliates are paid via Interac e-transfer.
• Affiliates outside Canada are paid via PayPal, or by individual arrangement if needed.

It’s your responsibility to provide accurate payment details. Payments delayed due to incorrect or missing information are not our responsibility to correct retroactively beyond providing a corrected payment once accurate details are received.

7. Refunds and Commission Clawbacks

Panoptic Foundations offers a 14-day refund window on eligible products. If a customer you referred requests and receives a refund within this window, the associated commission will be removed from your account. If that commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from your next payment cycle.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Commissions must result from genuine referrals. Manipulating tracking through methods such as cookie stuffing, fake or self-generated signups not covered under Section 5, or misrepresenting your relationship to Panoptic Foundations will result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.

9. Relationship of the Parties

Your participation in this program does not make you an employee, partner, or legal representative of Panoptic Foundations. You’re responsible for your own tax reporting on any commissions earned.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Commissions earned on qualifying purchases made before termination will still be paid according to the schedule in Section 6, provided they aren’t subject to a refund under Section 7.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates by email. Continued participation in the program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
